Thanks to the generosity of more than 60 suppliers, including Southern Star Windows & Doors, the Renee 7 home is well underway. This spacious three-bedroom home is part of AV Jennings’ Stellar Collection, designed to achieve a minimum 8-star NatHERS energy efficiency rating.
This project is a true collaboration, bringing together over 60 industry partners to provide high-quality materials, labour, and expertise—all with the shared goal of making a meaningful impact.
Beyond sustainability, the Renee Series has a greater purpose—supporting children and young adults living with rare diseases.
The Renee 7 home was built as part of AV Jennings’ ongoing support for the Steve Waugh Foundation, helping to raise funds and awareness for families in need. Proceeds from the sale of Renee Series homes contribute to the Foundation’s vital work, providing essential medical care, financial assistance, and advocacy for those affected by rare diseases.
